Eligibility Criteria |
: |
(i) The agency should be registered under law and must have a properly constituted Managing Body with its powers, duties and responsibilities clearly defined and laid down in its Constitution;
(ii)The organization must not work for the profit of any individual or body of individuals;
(iii)It should ordinarily have three years experience after its registration;
(iv)Its financial position should be sound;
(v)It should have facilities, resources, experience and personnel to initiate the scheme for which assistance is sought. |

How to avail |
: |
1.The project proposals under the scheme shall be received in prescribed format (Annexure –I) through the State Governments/UT Administration
2.The State Govt./UT Administration shall submit its Appraisal Report and recommendations as per the format prescribed.
3.The application will be normally submitted through the State Governments/UT Administration. |
